I live in Paxos, Greece and I run a private office as a psychologist from 2020. Being curious about human mind I could not have excluded the adult mentalization from my education and my practice. As I wanted to have a wide knowledge of the therapy techniques, I have attended
I have got my Bachelor of Science (Honours) in psychology from The Open University in 2017. As my main interest was children’s therapy, I have attended several post graduate courses. Some of them are:

All in all, I believe that human mind is a fascinating world with multiple hidden and enchanting mechanisms.
My aim is to help people unlock this system, look at their auto pilot behaviours, keep what is safe for them and move towards their true, real self.
