Camilla Crowter

Camilla Crowter is an Accredited Play and Creative Arts therapist based in Cardiff. Her business – Sunflower Therapy – works with private clients and in partnership with local authorities, schools, and other professionals. She began her training in 2016 after recognising the unique value of play therapy in supporting children to creatively express themselves. She works with parents, carers, and other professionals to maximise the impact of therapy. Her vast experience of the education system, working first as a teacher and later as an Assistant Head in the primary school sector, means she is passionate about offering training and consultancy to schools and related settings, equipping them to develop policy and practice centred on a strong understanding of trauma and attachment. Camilla has a special interest in working with refugee and asylum seeker children. She is a member of PTUK and abides by their ethical framework.
