Catherine Park

I have over 25 years of experience working with children in an educational setting and more recently in a therapeutic capacity. I have a postgraduate qualification in play therapy from the University of Galway and have accumulated more than 300 hrs of clinical practice. This background gives me a good foundation for supporting children with emotional, behavioural and developmental needs. Through a child-centred approach, I aim to promote resilience and development by allowing children to explore their feelings and emotions through play in a safe and nurturing environment.
As co-founder of Inspire Play Therapy, I offer services to families in both Derry and Donegal. Our services are dedicated to fostering our clients’ emotional well-being and personal growth in a safe, calm environment
