I love to incorporate a wealth of creative and sensory resources including music playlists, drama, sensory stories and art work into my work as a Play Therapist. My Play Therapy practice is NVR (Non-Violent Resistance) and SPT(Synergetic Play Therapy informed) with training in the Neurodiversification of Child Clinical and Educational Practice. I’m a registered Certified AutPlay Provider, a Mid-Tendring Educational Partnership Play and Creative Arts Therapist. In the voluntary sector, I co-run “Re:Focus”, a local community project that aims to improve well-being through free creative arts and crafts packs.
