I am a Play and Creative Arts Therapist specialising in working with children and young people. My approach is integrated and holistic, focusing on being client centred and addressing each individual’s unique needs.
Utilising play and creative arts, I incorporate various materials such as paint, drawing supplies, small figurines, sand trays with symbols, instruments, puppets, and more. These tools create a safe and non-confrontational environment, allowing children and young people to engage in therapy similarly to how adults would use talking therapy.
Play and creative arts therapy can assist with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, peer relationship challenges, trauma, neurodiversity, anger management, identity exploration, grief, and family dynamics.
