I am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Play Therapy UK (UK) and working in private practice as an Accredited Play and Creative Arts therapist; Clinical Supervisor in Play and Creative Arts Therapy (Senior status).
I have over twenty years of experience working therapeutically with children and young people in various roles and capacities, involuntary and statutory services as a frontline practitioner as well as leadership and management capacity. My career as a child-centred Play Therapist and as Therapy Services Manager has always focused on enabling the voices of children and young people to be heard in a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. My practice is underpinned by humanistic and person centred and relational approaches as well systems-based cultural theory and having appreciation and knowledge of different modalities, theory and practice.
I am based in North London, Dalston Kingsland. I provide therapy, training, consultancy and clinical supervision. As a clinical supervisor, I provide guidance and support in the clinical work of other play and creative arts therapists. I offer workshops, training and consultation for the agencies. I have experience in delivering online/ remote therapeutic support for children and young people when this is needed and deemed as suitable. I provide Jungian Sandplay Therapy for children and adults in any age.
